I’m a pretty skinny guy. 5’5, 130 pounds. I always have been. I’ve never really been able to gain any fat or muscle mass even though I could down Red Robin burgers and new york strip steaks like no other. I dont really take any supplements except for my daily vitamins. I drink tons of water and OJ. Im not even diabetic….haha. It’s crazy. I wanna attempt to gain some muscle mass. I’m so pro when it comes to rings in gymnastics, and pull ups and stuff. I also got the faux abs goin on…ya know? the ones that you naturally have but never intend to get any…? Haha. (I got like 17 pull ups for my high school testing). Im eighteen btw. Haha. But I never really digged the whole gym workout scene. Any way I can do push ups or simple exercises that overtime will benefit me? Or take some protein shake things? Haha, I’m new to all this so bare with me dooodes. Haha. Thanks.
